A VVI Graphic Designer collaborates closely with our creative and client service teams to design and deliver effective marketing solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities:
•  Be an active member of the creative team bringing strategic, innovative ideas to life with the ability to absorb and apply feedback along the way
•  Strong relational skills with the ability to identify client needs/wants and confidently present creative options with the rationale to back them up
•  Keen sense of design using layout fundamentals, typography, color correction, and retouching
•  Well-rounded experience in designing standout visuals for digital, print, websites, collateral, out-of-home, trade shows, retail space, promotional packaging, motion graphics, and more
•  Create mock-ups of electronic files per client or internal request 
•  Produce materials both in-house and with various vendors
•  Manage multiple projects within design specifications, delivery timelines, and budget considerations
•  Ensure quality control through approval of both digital and printed proofs
•  Implement corporate brand and compliance standards

Education, Experience, and Skills:
•  Associate or bachelor degree related to graphic design/marketing or comparable experience
•  Proven portfolio of compelling work
•  Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
•  Proficient in Microsoft and Google Suite
•  Experience in email campaign management programs
